The Body Re-Design Program is a 10 step process to reconnect the “Brain and Body” so communication is effective and efficient for optimal posture. Poor posture is the foundational cause of most physical pain and many health issues. Body Re-Design is a combination of a corrective exercise program along with functional resistance training to further strengthen the body.
Learn the importance of YOU taking charge of your health naturally. I measure your body at specific locations in all planes of motion to determine the best movements required to correct misalignments. Measuring is done every 2 weeks because it takes time and practice to undo faulty “bad habits” and then provide the stimulus needed to rebuild “good habits.”
I design a new personalized program after each session so that a long lasting effect is created versus a short term fix. You will receive your own personalized Body Re-Design Guidebook with pictures and written guidance along with video demonstration availability. After an initial evaluation, I can do follow-up appointments via video conference calls. I am able to analyze your posture visually and determine the proper programming.

Jacque graduated from the University of Wisconsin as a Bio-psychological Development Specialist. This independent degree combines studies in Physical Education, Physiology, Psychology, Adapted Physical Education, Exercise Science, Rehabilitation Psychology and Communication.
She is certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and as a Health & FItness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), American Council on Exercise (ACE), Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA) and the Kenneth Cooper Institute for Aerobic Research. She completed a certification as a Medical Exercise Specialist through the American Academy of Health, Fitness and Rehabilitation Professionals (AAHFRP) and as a Postural Therapist "Symmetry" Practitioner.
It is Jacque's desire to assist individuals to a high level of health and well-being through her personalized fitness programs. She also provides workshops and events to inspire, motivate and educate.
